In the role-playing games like StarDew Valley, fair and festivals help us to feel more lived. In Stardew Valley fair is a festival that takes place every Tuesday, i.e. the 16th of Fall every year.
Like all other festivals of the valley, you’ll get a notification regarding the StarDew Valley fair through a pop-up on the left side of the screen.
If you are willing to attend StarDew Valley fair with Sebastian, Leah or Abigail, then you can do it by entering Pelican Town between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm. If you leave the StarDew Valley fair in between, then you’ll be returned to your farm at 10:00 PM.

When it’s a festival day, you can’t enter in the Pelican town until 9:am. During the event, you even cannot access the homes and shops situated outside the town square.
By visiting the festival, several games allow you to earn 🌟Star Tokens. These token works are currency in the game; later you can also exchange these against prize at the shop, which is near to the entrance to the Bus Stop. At a time you can hold just 9,999 tokens.
Acknowledge the fact that every year you can purchase just one item from the shop throughout the StarDew Valley Fair. Accordingly, the maximum token which you can spend 3,400 (1,400 Star Token, if you have already spent some to buy Stardrop).
The stock of the shop will be filled again next year, except for the Star-drop because you can purchase it only once.
As StarDew Valley fair is a yearly event, so every year you get a chance to showcase nine products of your farm in Grange Display contest to earn some extra star token. When you are ready to participate in the competition, head to the mayor Lewis.
Once listed, you can pick up your items only after his judgement, If you leave the things behind, then all of them will be lost forever as by default they won’t go back into the inventory.
At the north of the fair by the fountains, you can find Gus cooking survival burgers. You can eat burgers to refill your energy bar. Keep in mind that the bar won’t be noticeable until exiting the festival. The stardew valley Fair festival ends immediately when you leave the pelican town.
How to Participate and Win big in the Stardew Valley Grange Showcase Contest
When you are ready to showoff farm-produced items in competition, go and speak with Mayor. In the display, you can only showcase nine products at once. In the contest, you’ll be challenging Pierre, Marnie and Willy.
Once Lewis, start judging the products, you can explore the fair, as he will take some time to decide each box. When he finishes judging, you will receive a notification. After getting the information, you should go and talk to him to receive your prize.
Fair winning prizes are as follows:
- Dried Sunflowers – 100 Star Tokens.
- Fedora – 500 Star Tokens.
- Rare crow – 800 Star Tokens.
- Stardrop – 2,000 Star Tokens.
Quick Tip:- Just submit five items in grange display to avoid dropping a single point, but it would be best if you could fill all the spots and also manage to collect all the items and as many points as possible.
To increase your overall game points, you can also try to submit one item from each category.
The quality of your products should be top notch, because higher the quality higher the points.
There are eight categories that you can submit items for:
- Animal Products.
- Artisan Goods.
- Cooking.
- Fish.
- Foraging.
- Fruits.
- Minerals.
- Vegetables.
After completing the grange, you’ll receive the rewards as per your winning position. For instance.
- First Place – 1,000 Star Tokens
- Second Place – 500 Star Tokens
- Third Place – 200 Star Tokens
- Fourth Place – 50 Star Tokens
- Disqualified – 750 Star Tokens
If somehow, you don’t manage to win the event and Lewis disqualify you. Then you can prank or blackmail him by placing a certain mayor’s purple boxers in your box. By doing so lewis will become embarrassed and he’ll pay you some extra points to keep the secret.
During or after the event, the mayor will ask you to return his item the next day. However, I advise you to hang onto the boxers because you can repeat this same trick in next StarDew Valley fair. Don’t worry, it won’t harm your friendship, or you also won’t lose any points by playing a prank with him.
Trick to Win at the Fair in StarDew Valley
