Ater the successful launch of Samsung Galaxy Note 9 yesterday, the Korean tech company has today launched the next smartphone featuring Android Go. It will be the company’s first mobile with a pure Android feature known as Android Go. Moreover,t the device has also released in Malaysia with the sale starting today only.

The famous tech writer 91Mobiles made clear that the mobile will have the sale starting today in offline retail stores. However, Samsung has do not disclose the smartphone’s price yet. Within the launch in two Asian countries, the Samsung Galaxy J2 Core will seek the next launch soon.

Samsung Galaxy J2 Core: Specifications

It will be entry-level smartphone having the 5-inch (540 x 960 pixels) qHD TFT display. Also, the Corning Gorilla Glass protection above the display. The availability of 5-MP front-facing camera with f /2.2 aperture do not approve face recognition. However, it has Beauty Mode present. In the rear position we have 8-MP camera sensor with LED flash and f /2.2 aperture.

Revealing its internals, the Samsung Galaxy J2 Core has 1.4GHz Quad-Core CPU having Cortex A53 which works under the hood. It is 14nm FinFET process built Samsung’s Exynos 7570 SoC also has Mali-T720 MP1 as the GPU. A RAM of 1GB and internal storage of  8GB is clobbed with the processor.

The device has LTE Cat.4 modem with 2600 mAh battery which gives 2 days of talk time. As earlier said, the OS is the Android 8.1 Go Edition which means pure Android. Bluetooth 4.2 LE, GPS, Wi-fi Direct and 4G VoLTE, FM Radio, 3.5mm audio output are some other features. With the thickness of 8.9 mm, the device weighs 154 g. We will soon update you with the price of J2 Core. The expected price for Samsung Galaxy J2 Core will be around Rs 8000.
