Samsung is reputedly launching A Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite with Snapdragon 855 SoC

Samsung has long since been working on the latest Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite, and rumors about the release of the newest smartphone by the tech giant have been circulating. By now, there is hype on the latest smartphone’s unveiling, which is expected to occur in the upcoming year, probably on February 20th.  

With the launch date close by, leaked details of the new phone have started surfacing. We can expect the new phone to be an affordable variant termed as Galaxy S10 Lite. Like always, Samsung is not up for disappointing and is going to launch this variant jam-packed with innovative features. 

The phone has already hit the listings of some significant news reports, along with some leaked vital details. First off, this smartphone variant is expected to carry the model number SM-G970U.

In light of the leaked specs, the Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite will be a powerful device. With an octa-core Qualcomm processor consisting of 1.78GHz, it will surely be a robust smartphone. However, the selling feature of the device will be the latest motherboard model, “msmnile,” commonly known as the Snapdragon 855SoC. Which is the most recent and extremely powerful chipset. 

Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite Features

Further insights on the phone reveal that it will get the operation strength through the Android version 9 termed as Pie. It will further sport an 8GB of RAM and 128GB ROM, which is trending in middle range smartphones these days. The phone will most likely come with onboard storage of 128 GB, which will be expandable to around 512GB as per what the rumors suggest. 

This smartphone has caused much hype on various social media platforms too. Just last week, a twitter post has been circulating, giving insights on various other striking features of the phone. The Galaxy S10 Lite will be a dynamic device in terms of display. It will most likely come with a 5.8-inch display, which is quite impressive for a smartphone.

However, there will be no curved screen set up for the Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite. It would instead come with a flat-screen setup very much like the Samsung Galaxy S6 and S7. Furthermore, this robust device will decent 4,500mAh battery to supply juic and a 45W fast charging setup. 

In contrast to this, the regular Galaxy S10 model will come with a 6.1-inch display and will sport a 3,500 mAh battery. Similarly, the Galaxy S10+ model will have a 6.4-inch display along with a 4,000 mAh battery. 

In terms of camera, the phone seems promising too. The Galaxy S10 Lite will come with a 48 megapixels primary camera, accompanied by a 12 megapixels ultra-wide camera along with a 5 megapixels depth sensor. The front camera will come with a 32megapixel camera. 

Availability

Further rumors about the Galaxy S10 series say that the phones will come carrying a 5G connectivity setup. However, the 5G variants will be available in a few selected markets, while the standard non-5G structure will hit all the markets globally. Moreover, all the phones will sport fast charging along with wireless charging features too. More leaks about the phons will pop-up as time proceeds.
