Open Sky News was the sole publication media news website, founded in 2018 by Muhammad Usman Siddiqui and Rahis Saifi. The company has no debt or external investors. Its operations are funded entirely through a combination of advertising revenue (primarily from open networks like Google’s AdSense) and paid memberships from our readers.

Open Sky News then merged with Flaunt Weekly LLC in February 2025.
