Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Ready to Launch In India

The company has finally announced the release of the latest Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 in India on 16th October. The date of the launch was validated via twitter, highlight the even through an infamous hashtag #64MPQuadCamBeat.

The phone was first launched in China during August, after which the company took the launch to India. As announced by the India Chief, Mr. Manu Kumar Jian. He has announced that the company will soon release the latest Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro after the essential testing and certification processes are complete. 

Redmi India had pooled Twitter with various teaser revealing specifications of the phone. The phone would have a 64 megapixels quad-camera setup along with a 4500 mAh battery. Moreover, there is an Helio G90T SoC processor. 

However, there is one particular viral poster posted by Xioami featuring an infinity symbol. This symbol, when flipped, turned into the number 8, in real conformed Redmi Note 8 Pro launch in India.

The poster also gave insights on other specifications of the phone, such as the UFS storage and pro gaming features. The company soon confirmed its launch in India after its successful launch in China. And has so far remained faithful to the word. 

As far as the price is concerned, the Redmi Note 8 price in India is still something we are wondering about. However, it is certainly bound to be a bit close to the Chines price tag. 

What are the specifications of the Redmi Note 8 Pro?

This latest phone by Xioami is indeed promising. It comes power-packed with robust features that are up to the mark and of high standards. The Redmi Note 8 Pro comes with dual sim support and runs based on the latest Android version, Pie.

Moreover, the smartphone has an MIUI 10 and equips a dynamic 6.563-inch full HD+ screen (1080×2340 pixels). Additionally, one of the astounding features present in the phone is the newly introduced MediaTek’s robust MediaTek Helio G90T SoC, which allows a brilliant gaming experience. As support to such technology, the Redmi Note 8 Pro features an impressive 8 GB RAM.

To ensure that the gaming experience faces no hindrance, Xioami has added liquid cooling support in the Xiomi Redmi Note 8 Pro, making the phone an ultimately gaming-friendly smartphone.

Other gaming features available on the phone are the fairly impressive Game Turbo 2.0 mode. Much to the enthusiasm of gaming fanatics, the company has also promised to sell a gaming console for the phone. 

The fact that this is the very first variant by the company featuring a 64-megapixel camera, which makes things a bit skeptical to look over. However, the specifications so far seem impressive.

The primary shooter of the Redmi Note 8 Pro has a similar camera setup featuring 8 megapixels full angle shooter, which is accompanied by two 2 megapixels camera. 

On the front, the smartphone features a quite impressive 20 megapixels selfie camera. All these specifications are powered though a 4500 mAh battery through the support of 18W fast charging.

Other connectivity features such as NFC, USB Type-C port, a 3.5mm audio jack, and an IR blaster are also available. Moreover, the Redmi Note 8 Pro is IP52 certified.
