Xiaomi Redmi K30 Release Teased Online

After the successful release of the Redmi K20 and Redmi K20 Pro series. Redmi K30 is now all up and ready for its launch. With new phone’s release just around the corner, Xiaomi has started posting teasers of a new phone. 

The latest teaser on Redmi K30 by Xiaomi confirms the signature pop-up selfie camera. It was first introduced in Redmi K20, is now finally gone. Instead, this handset will come with a punch-hole display, a design that is causing much hype amongst the smartphone makers.

This punch-hole display, which strikingly resembles the one in Samsung Galaxy S10+, will feature a double camera setup. The pop camera much more resembles the Redmi K20 series as the phone came with a full-view display feature. It is only possible to achieve this feature with a pop-up camera setup. 

However, with Redmi K30, Xiaomi has decided to adopt a considerably suited punch-hole display. This happens to be the method that is of preference by the OEMs. With the recent leaks of the OnePlus 8 smartphone that are now fervently circulating the web, we can expect the upcoming OnePlus smartphone to come with a punch-hole setup too

Moreover, just like Redmi K30, OnePlus 8 Pro will adopt a punch-hole structure after abandoning the pop-up selfie camera setup that was found in the OnePlus 7T pros smartphone.

Xiaomi Redmi K30 Expected Features

Further teasers of phone, revealed by the company, have given much-needed insights of handset. Apart from the slight camera details, the latest teaser also tells us that the new Redmi K30 smartphone will have the latest up to date connectivity set up too. This means we can expect this new smartphone to come sporting the infamous 5G setup. 

As per the reports of the Redmi General Manager Lu Weibing, the two latest teasers of the upcoming Redmi K30 smartphone, that are now spreading about like wildfire after first appearing on Weibo highlighting key specifications of the smartphone.  

The poster, which was first posted on Weibo, highlights the “camera” portion of the phone. Through this, we got confirmation that Redmi K30 will come with a dual front camera. Which will set in a punch-hole display manner. These camera holes will house at the front top right corner of the smartphone. It confirms that Xiaomi will finally add up 5G standalone support and a son-standalone (SA/NSA) sub-6Hz network.

Furthermore, the CEO of the company, Lei Junn, later also restated this information and claimed support to the teaser. He acknowledged that new Redmi K30 would support the NSA+SA dual-mode 5G. 

Apart from that, Qualcomm has also fully verified this teaser. It reportedly announced that it would introduce 5G chips that will power all the mid-ranger smartphone that will most likely hit the market next year.

These fifth-generation chipsets that Qualcomm is announcing will most likely feature in the Snapdragon 8 Series, 7 series, and 6 series in 2020. Amongst them, the Xiaomi Redmi K30 will sport the Snapdragon 7 series chip presumably. 

Also, we can expect the Redmi K30, a 5G variant, and a 4G variant.
