Finnish company HMD Global is planning to launch a 4GB RAM and 64GB Storage variant of Nokia 6 (2018) as per a report by Nokia Power User. Earlier this week Nokia unveiled three smartphones – Nokia 6 (2018), Nokia 7 Plus and Nokia 8 Sirocco. Nokia 7 Plus has been priced at Rs 25,999 while high-end smartphone Nokia 8 Sirocco comes at Rs 49,999. Regular Nokia 6 (2018) 3GB RAM & 32GB ROM was launched with a price tag of Rs 16,999. It is now available to buy from select offline stores like Sangeetha Mobiles, Poorvika Mobiles, Big C, Croma and Reliance Digital and Nokia Mobile Shop. Whereas Nokia 7 Plus and & Nokia 8 Sirocco will go on sale at the end of this month.
Both these devices will go on sale from April 30 onwards with pre-orders starting on April 20. The new 4GB RAM & 64GB ROM variant of Nokia 6 (2018) is going to be priced at Rs 18,999 in India. Apart from the increased RAM and storage, both Nokia 6 (2018) variants share same specifications.

Nokia 6 (2018) is powered by a Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 630 octa-core SoC coupled with Adreno 508 GPU. It sports a 5.5-inch full HD display with a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels. Camera specs include a 16-megapixel rear shooter with Carl Zeiss optics, f/2.0 aperture, dual-LED flash and phase detection autofocus. On front there include a 8-megapixel selfie sensor with f/2.0 aperture, autofocus and have the functionality to record videos at 1080p. This device runs on stock Android 8.0 out-of-the-box and comes with a Fingerprint sensor placed at the back for security purpose.
It supports USB Type-C fast charging with other connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, NFC, FM Radio, and 4G LTE. Nokia 6 (2018) has been made available in Black/Copper, White/Gold and Blue/Gold colour options. The device is backed by a 3,000mAh battery which supports fast charging. It competes with the likes of Motorola Moto X4, Honor 9i, Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro etc.
