IPL 2020- Date, Time, Venue, and Teams

The Dream 11 IPL 2020 will be starting from 19th September 2020. And it will end with one of the teams being titled as a winner on 10th November. It means that there will be 53 days of this tournament.

The venue has also been decided as United Arab Emirates (UAE). It was announced on 2nd August by the Indian Premier League Governing Council that matches will occur either in Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi.

The match timings have also been announced. The afternoon matches will begin at 15:30 IST and the night matches will begin at 19:30 IST. You can watch the live game from any part of the world on Star Sports and Disney+ Hotstar.

Some players have been replaced. James Pattinson has replaced Lasith Malinga. Adam Zampa has also joined IPL this year and will be playing instead of Kane Richardson. One more replacement has also taken place. Anrich Nortje will be playing instead of Chris Woakes. Word on the street is that Harbhajan Singh and Suresh Raina aren’t participating in this season.

Before playing the IPL 2020, all the team members had been tested for COVID. In the first test, some players of Chennai Super Kings had tested positive. The second test had been conducted recently. This time all the players have tested negative and are ready to play.

There will be a total of eight teams playing against each other; all fighting for the trophy. The teams and their players are as follows:

1) Chennai Super Kings(CSK)- Team for IPL 2020

The members are MS Dhoni, Kedar Jadhav, Ravindra Jadeja, Piyush Chawla, Dwayne Bravo, Sam Curran, Karn Sharma, Shane Watson, Shardul Thakur, Ambati Rayudu, Harbhajan Singh, Murali Vijay, Josh Hazlewood, Francois Du Plessis, Imran Tahir, Deepak Chahar, Lungi Ngidi, Mitchell Santner, KM Asif, Narayan Jagadeesan, Monu Kumar, RutuRaj Gaikwad, and R. Sai Kishore.

2) Rajasthan Royals (RR)- Team for IPL 2020

The members are Tom Curran, Andrew Tye, Anuj Rawat, David Miller, Oshane Thomas, Shashank Singh, Mahipal Lomror, Manan Vohra, Riyan Parag, Shreyas Gopal, Aniruddha Joshi, Akash Singh, Ben Stokes, Steven Smith, Sanju Samson, Jofra Archer, Jos Buttler, Ankit Rajpoot, Rahul Tewatia, Robin Uthappa, Jaydev Unadkat, Varun Aaron, Yashasvi Jaiswal, Mayank Markande, and Kartik Tyagi.

3) Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) – Team for IPL 2020

4) Delhi Capitals (DC) – Team for IPL 2020

The members are Tushar Deshpande, Rishabh Pant, Shimron hetmyer, Ravichandran Ashwin, Shreyas Iyer, Ajinkya Rahane, Shikhar Dhawan, Axar Patel, Marcus Stoinis, Kagiso Rabada, Amit Mishra, Alex Carey, Jason Roy, Chris Woakes, Prithvi Shaw, Ishant Sharma, Avesh khan, Keemo Paul, Mohit Sharma, Harshal Patel, Sandeep Lamichhane, and Lalit Yadav.

5) Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) – Team for IPL 2020

6) Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) – Team for IPL

8) Mumbai Indians (MI) – Indian Team for IPL
