Chinese mobile manufacturer Huawei has launched a new mid range smartphone extending it’s Y series the Huawei Y6 (2018) edition. Unveiled at it’s official site there’s no information right now regarding it’s price and availability. The device has been made is available in black, Blue and gold colour options. It’s a music-centric smartphone able to deliver up to 78 percent more sound from the speaker.
It comes with Huawei Histen technology that optimizes the music experience by imitating various backgrounds like a theatre etc. Other music facilities includes a Karaoke mode which works with Sing & Record, Live.ly, Tango, WeSing, Sing & Record, Sing Karaoke, Live.me, Facebook etc. The Loudspeaker is capable of producing sound at a maximum of 88dBs.

Coming to the specifications of Huawei Y6 (2018), this device sports a 5.7-inch HD+ display with 18:9 aspect raiton and a screen resolution of 1440 x 720 pixels. A 1.8GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 processor and Adreno 506 GPU powers this device. In terms of memory there exists a 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage, which is expandable via a dedicated micro SD card slot placed at the left side of the phone, upto 256GB.
It features a single 13-megapixel rear sensor with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front shooter with AR lens effects for selfies lovers. Just like Vivo Y71 this smartphone comes with face unlock instead of a physical fingerprint sensor. It measures 152.4 x 73 x 7.8mm and weighs 150 grams running on Android 8.0 Oreo with EMUI 8.0 on top.
It is backed by a 3000mAh battery with no quick charging support because of the basic chipset it use.
