Honor flagship Is yet again introducing a robust upbeat Honour V30/Vera 30 smartphone in the coming months. In terms of technology, the device seems to be promising as it is powered by the new Kirin 90 5G processor along with several power-packed specs that sure promise a challenge to its competitors. It is said that the company will also release a Kirin 990 non-5G version of the phone too.
Although the launch date of the smartphone is yet not set, a picture of what the expected design would be has started to circulate on the internet. The image first surfaced at Weibo and showed what to expect of the phone in terms of display.
The Honor V30 is shown to be a device sporting very thin bezels thus a seemingly larger screen. Also, the screen has a punch hole design. However, this is very much like the one in Samsung Galaxy S10+, that is it is pill-shaped, unlike the one in Honor 20 series.
This punch hole is home to two different cameras, but unlike the ones in Samsung Galaxy S10+, there is a difference in the placement. In the Honor V30, you can expect to find the pill-shaped punch hole in the top left corner of the screen display rather than the right corner of the screen.
The display type of the phone remains unknown. However, we have the V-series flagship Honor has finally decided to switch to AMOLED. If Honor does decide to go with the AMOLED screen, we can expect an in-display fingerprint scanner on the phone too.
Other expected specifications of Honor V30
Although it is not entirely clear on what features are going to be there in Honor V30 however, a few features have been revealed. Such as, the phone will be equipped with the latest Android 9.0 Pie version along with EMUI 9.1. It is also expected to come with a Dual Sim feature which is quite handy.
Apart from that Honor, V30 will come with the octa-core processor and as mentioned above the Kirin 990 chipset. Therefore in terms of technology, it seems promising.
The display, apart from the pill-shaped punch hole set up, the phone is equipped with the IPS LCD Capacitive Touchscreen that comes with 16M colors and supports Mukti youch. The size of the screen is expected to be 7.2 inches while the resolution is 1080×2244 pixels.
Honor V30 is said to come with an impressive built-in memory of 256 GB and an 8GB RAM which is just about enough to support multitasking actively. Moreover, it also has a micro SD card support of up to 256GB.
The Honor flagship has promised a triple camera of 40 megapixels, 20 megapixels, and 8 megapixels respectively along with an LED flash. It is said to sport a Fingerprint senor along with an Accelerometer, Gyro and a proximity sensor.
In connectivity, the Honor V30 has the WIFI 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac dual-band along with a Bluetooth v5.0 and micro USB v2.0. and more.
Considering Honor V20 launched last year in December. If Honor has decided to abide by then it is expected that the Honor V30 will grace us with its presence in a couple of months.
